Featuring a flow rate of 40m3/h, the F112A5 automatic softening valve comes with 4 ports in a T-configuration on the valve body. The unfiltered water is brought in from the pump port and is then sent to different passages for treatment. These passages are easily control through pushing or pulling of hydraulically balanced pistons on the valve, thus achieving backwash, brine and slow rinse, fast rinse, and brine refill.

Two F112A5 valves form a one in service and on-standby system.

The F112A5 is equipped with a booster pump that allows for normal piston operation when the inlet pressure is under 0.2MPa. It is often used in boiler softening systems, RO pretreatment and other water treatment systems.
